Shipping Policy

We aim to offer the best shipping service, irrespective of where you live. We deliver our products to customers on daily whilst ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Processing Time

Once order verification, quality check and packaging is done, the domestic order is usually dispatched within 2 business days of placing it while international order is dispatched within 3-4 business days subject to the product is in stock. Please note if the product is not in stock then it can take upto 25 days to dispatch the order.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Shiprocket and Pickrr, which are India’s best logistics service providers, ship our orders. After processing and leaving the warehouse, orders take between 3-5 business days to arrive at the destination (domestic).

For International shipments we use DHL, Fedex and UPS for Express Shipping, orders take 7-10 business days to arrive at the destination (international). 

However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, festivals, and extreme weather conditions, there might be slight delays in delivery.

Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping for all domestic orders within India.

 

For International order shipping fee is calculated at checkout depending on live api rates from our courier partner.

 

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

 

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
